Insurance Patients
Coverage, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance vary by individual plan. We recommend verifying your behavioral health benefits prior to your appointment. Our office can assist with insurance verification before scheduling.
Self-Pay Patients
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation — $350
Follow-Up Medication Management — $125
Psychotherapy session add on — $85-150
Flexible payment arrangements may be available for eligible self-pay patients. Please contact our office for additional information.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
HSA/FSA cards accepted
A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled visit cost.
Repeated missed appointments may result in reassessment of continuation of care within the practice.
This policy protects appointment availability for all patients.
